1 round plastic container (Rubbermaid, etc.)
1 roll of good quality all-white paper towels, and leave roll intact and cut in half
2 cups warm water
2 tablespoons baby shampoo
1 tablespoon baby oil
1 teaspoon rubbing alcohol, (optional)

Mix water, shampoo, oil, and alcohol in the container.  Add ½ of the roll of paper towels, cut side down. (Save the other half for next time!)  Put lid on and soak until all the liquid is absorbed (takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes).

Turn container upside-down and leave it for about 30 minutes.  Be sure the liquid is completely absorbed, then turn the container back over and wait a few minutes.

Now they are ready to use and work just as well as store bought ready made baby wipes!
